'Miro' the chocolate Burmese kitten is named after the Spanish artist Joan Miro (1893-1983) who was a painter, sculptor and ceramist born in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. His artistic style has been interpreted as Surrealism, a world in which he expresses his subconscious mind, with an almost childlike depiction in his artwork.
